Error message on volatility Indecies

Hi devs,

I am getting a new message on the website and in my application.

Sorry, contracts on Volatility Indices are not available in your country of residence.

I have just tested it on both virtual and real account and this is something new that has not occurred before.

I have had multiple successful trades and now it seems I cannot trade, please help.

@UltoKing what error are you getting, can you provide more details

@Raunak It says that the Volatilty Index is not available in your country of residence although they were before the update.

@UltoKing Due to regulations constraints we have disabled all Volatility indices in Australia. If anything changes we will update accordingly.
