I have two suggestions for reducing bandwidth usage.

1. Make the longcode proposal response field optional (USD 19.98 payout if EUR\/USD is strictly lower than entry spot minus 15 pips at 15 minutes after contract start time.). For example by adding an optional request parameter "longcode": 0

2. Make the return of echo_req optional. For example by setting "echo_req": 0 in the request. In this case, only passthrough would be returned (if it was set) - {"echo_req": {"passthrough": {...} } ...

These two would reduce a typical proposal response from ~540 bytes to ~230 bytes.
