BinaryBot Question

Hello,
in the sumary panel the window where we can follow the trade is out of scale. The horizontel scale is ok but the vertical scale is as low at its minimum. There is no vertical movement noticeable. How can I reset this?
The second thing is how can I exit the trading loop, or how can I stop the automatic trading. Not with the mouse on the stop button. I mean inside of the program. Thank you
and Best Regards

  • You should be able to move the time interval of the chart using the bottom frame. There are two handles you can use. Move the rightmost handle to the right to keep the chart showing recent data and update automatically. as shown here
You cannot stop a running trade, but after the trade is finished you can stop trading but simply not running the "Trade Again" block.

Ok, but this is not what I ment. I know the functionality of the right handles. But there is an other issue. The vertical (not the horizontal) scale is to low. It should look like a saw. Se the attached image.
    Thank you

  • Please check if the works as expected now (refresh the bot page). If the issue still persists please show how to reproduce the problem.
    Thanks for the feedback.

I refresh all, but still as I discribed. Nearly a flat line. I´m working with firefox and now I tried the same in WinExplorer and there is the same issue. To reproduce this issue is hard to say. It works very well a couple of weeks. And all of the sudden it was as you see above. And its every time the same. If I load a saved bot as an xml or If I made a new one, all time the same.
Is there anything what I could do basically in the system? In the other windows (webtrader or normal trading site) the tick view is correct. Only in the bot site.
    Thank you

  • I found a solution for this issue. I have to switch to the candle view in the upper right corner and back to the tick view and now it seems to be normalized
    Thanks for your help

  • Great that you found a workaround. I'll look into fixing this problem.
