Get or check the "DailyLossLimitExceeded" Message from API

I have analyzed the API details, we can able to SET or GET the "max_losses" values using "Set Self-Exclusion Settings" and "Get Self-Exclusion Settings" API. I want to display a message in user profile page if the user reach or exceed the "max_losses" limit value. Is any API available to check or get the message?
