Could be, that's why I suggested he uses a digital selling platform so that even if you do buy something at least you actually own it, rather than waiting for it. @cari I think someone else had a similar issue with you, give it another day or 24hrs and then if nothing prevails then go to Paypal and try revoke your payment. The address you have used is valid, as in the webmail server as I did a DNS lookup on the server its hosted on so maybe it was down temporarily?
@cari sorry as I mentioned I was in the plane for a very long time and it was a long haul flight, didn't have any wifi. However I do not knwo why the mail thing locked your mails, I just sent you one and it seems to work. No worries I will send the files as soon as you unlock the payment!

I have explained multiple times to you that I showed you with a 1 min expiry for video length purposes, otherwise the video would be extremely long and heavy to send. You asked me yourself to have a short video demo, so I set it to 1 min. You can check the trades it took were accurate and real, there is no trick. You asked me yourself for a short video, but you can set the expiry you want.

Update : @MarceloPagnol has sent the file but has not been running properly, need to communicate further. My suggestion is that he/she has to keep informing the buyer about the problem so that the buyer doesn't left alone finding his/her whereabouts.

Might be worth also doing a pdf to download, takes a bit of time doing one but at least you can run through the installations onto different OS's? @cari think give it another 24-48 hours for a response, its not ideal but generally speaking if it was a company with a customer service end-point, they usually request that amount in terms of time period before responding. Appreciate your're eager to get going.

Also to add as a suggestion, @MarceloPagnol I don't know how you manage licensing for the product, e.g. the apps use against binary OAuth servers, but maybe you could offer a trial period for say 7 days. I don't know how much control you have with the app in terms of licensing but just thinking if you want to make it a sellable product to head down this direction?
For those who are interested in @MarceloPagnol offer, please be very cautious if you make a bargain and he/she agree to send you the software...it is actually a TRIAL COPY not for one month, not one week, but ONE DAY TRIAL and you will be asked to pay more money later on. The unfair thing is that he/she does not mention clearly the trial period and after the trial you have to send more money. Just a reminder to all of you. If you think it is a common thing that's fine.

In the case of cari, he tried to negotiate the price down to 50€, which is 50% off while everybody is paying full price and 100€ already isn't much for this type of software. I sent him that I was ok for 70€ to try it out, and he agreed to that as well. So not only did I mention it, it also obvious that he was not going to get the full software with 30% off.
And the reason the trial was for one day is because nobody got a trial before, so I didn't see why @cari would be able to use the program in live mode and drive profit while others had to make a bigger investment. But if @cari paid the extra 30€ like everybody else, his software would be reactivated with no problem.
