    USA based server should be better than Europe latency-wise. Although anywhere in USA will work well, the AWS North Virginia region is suggested, and considered stable.

    Lest we forget, binary.com only provide a maximum of one price per symbol per second. So most of the time your program will have nearly a full second to analyse each price and place an order.

    I would think that USA locations would be out of the question since binary.com doesn't allow USA clients on its platform.
