Does anyone know of any robots that check in at scheduled times?

I need a programmer who develops a robot that makes entries at specific times, scheduled in a csv, txt, or xml file. This same robot must also have the option of martingale once for each entry. Does anyone know of any robots that check in at scheduled times?
