Spot price lagging

Its me again. I have just found this spot problem.

Watch at 11 to 21 secs. Spot price stopped for 10 seconds or 5 ticks then run.

Please fix it.

Hi Fatoni,

In video I see, there is no tick for 10 seconds and suddenly you receive 5 or 6 ticks at the same time.

System does not produce numbers in that way.

Only a network congestion can cause that behaviour.

Can you please make sure your network connection to binary.com is stable?

Can you please ping us at the same time while to notice this issue?

Please include your ping in the video too.

@Kaveh now its okay, yeah may be my network was not stable.

Please send the same information next time you faced the issue.

Also if you are familiar with "traceroute", please send me, in private message, your traceroute result to binary.com now that network is OK and later when you have issue.

I will try to see if there is anything we can do to help from our side.
