XML Send Api OR WebSocket

Hello, I'm creating a NodeJs server to use the API, however I do not know how to proceed.

I understood the whole authentication part, but I have an XML file with the strategy (DBOT), but do not know which endpoint and parameters I should send to run the BOT with the XML

Or if it is via websocket I should send at a specific point?
